11:00 The guy is speaking with a heavy foreign accent, he's acting as if he doesn't understand, so that the lady will say that he won over and over again, in a way to savor the moment longer. The catch-phrase "Lotto millionaires are not like other millionaires" means that they are more playful and joyful, compared to boring old-money millionaires. In Norway, "Norsk tipping" is ran by the state, which has a monopoly on all lotto. All proceeds go to local children's sports teams, and people can elect what organizations will get their specific betting proceeds.

Typical Norwegian humor is irony and sarcasm. Also dark humor. Foreigners tends to not understand our type of humor which I think is funny as growing up in Norway during the 90’s and 2000’s I thought everyone knew irony and sarcasm. I think Norwegian commercials are good because we dare to joke about most things, and we also line to tell a story. And due to pop culture and the cultural awareness we all share everyone tends to get the point. Personally I think we did the funniest ones back when I was a kid as opposed to now. I even remember all of them…

These are full of references to different parts of Norwegian culture, parody, sarcasm and other cultural links making your impression of them very different from someone living in Norway. By the way, if you have the chance, you should try Laban gummy men. They are made with real flavours. So while eating candy, and you eat one of those, they are just so much better. Tasting real, not like some chemical. The VitaePro is just a vitamin pill. It's important to know that all these commercial are using several layers of sarcasm and irony. In one of the videos, you talked about them suddenly speaking English. Norway is a sparsely populated country, only 5.2 million people. So films and TV shows are never dubbed. We read a lot of books and media in English. Most Norwegians speak and write English almost as easy as Norwegian, so you will hear a lot of English here. Some of the commercials are also shared in Scandinavia, and the English parts can be reused. Btw, let me know if you want to try the Laban or some other candy, I can send you a box.
