@@QSNgg Essentially Folau consistently made posts on social media that were very openly and plainly homophobic (eg saying that those groups of people are destined for hell), after being warned. Rugby Australia had to cut him loose from representing the national team, not least because it would have severely damaged their reputation, but also because of various other pressures (sponsors etc). It was the right decision, even though Folau was certainly one of the world's best players at the time, and definitely Australia's best player. Edit: For what it's worth, Folau was arguably my favourite player back before all that, and arguably the best rugby union player under the high-ball of all time. A truly all-round athlete, like you said. Great reaction as ever mate :)

Folau is still my favourite player and i went from a second row which i hated playing to fullback cus of him where i played my best rugby. But i have much more respect to him now because of how he stood his ground and stayed true to his beliefs without bending the knee.
