This is a mini version of the song serving as an introduction of the show, I think maybe the other version of the song in this show closer to the original you might like it better as it is with full band and she doesn't have to worry about the piano Also the music video of this one is really really good

In this case of immortelle you should see the video or the performance of this song in star academy 2024. This song her mother loved maybe the most and in the day she was supposed to film the video her mother had a heart problem and her father told her to do this video for her - that what she would have wanted. So she stayed. Her mother was ok afterwards. 😢😢😢

Yea, I think you missed the boat on this one, my friend. The point here is that there is nothing this woman can't do. This song as noted below has many live versions and it changed her career, perhaps her life. This is a simple example of a side of Lara we don't get to see, EVER. That she is NOT only a Legendary Voice and Master Thespian, but she spent years (decades) training to be a COMPLETE artist, musician, and that is why she, unlike her more famous peers endured, still thrives. She opens this concert "Nue", which you have seen many "boat rocking" songs from, ALONE, with this simple version by herself, ALONE on stage, "Naked" (e.g. "Nue") to say I'm still here, despite everything, and I'll never give up, "Pas Sans Toi". This intro performance was about her life, not a song.

As she was paying the piano, you could not see her face and the emotions that she can convey. Try to find the same some without her playing the piano and you'll be able to find the lost magic.

You know... some will desagree, but I have the same feeling with this specific performance. Maybe she seems too worried about playing the piano or too conscious of the audience and that makes me feel disconnected from her singing or something like that. There are other versions of this song from different concerts in wich she just sings and, in my opinion, these are so much better as you can feel all the emotions that are somehow lacking here, so for me it's not the song, but this particular version of it. Appreciated your reaction and your honesty!
