I love this song, lot of ppl were caught of guard cause they listened to teatro d'ira album which is more raw, but they love experimenting and their previous album was different too. i definitely hear Måneskin in this song.

I've been trying to understand how people don't like this song since Thursday, oh my god it's so good and look at this live even with Damiano weakened. MANESKIN ALWAYS RUNS!!!

I think maybe because it’s more of a basic english radio song and doesn’t sound like their Italian ones (which are far more complex)

@@sp9459 hmmmmm but why do they always need to make songs like the Italian ones? I don't see all that depth in "l altra dimensione" for example. When you're at the beach or on a walk or at a party having fun, you prefer to listen to deeper music"? I don't. Besides, they're so young that I think it's a mistake for fans to want them to always make the same music. radios is a hit, it makes people know them more and look for all their songs, I met them with beggin and today I know all their songs and I will even see them at a show in my country :)

@@carolinepavanela I understand what your saying. Maybe there are fans with a certain taste in music and they only want to hear the Italian or English songs. But I don’t really care. I like both styles of them. I fall in love with “Torna a casa” some years ago and then saw them again at the Sanremo Festival and Eurovision with “Zitti e Buoni”. But I still appreciate songs like “Supermodels” or “Mammamia”

@@sp9459 I understand what you mean and I also agree that Damiano writes beautiful lyrics in Italian (I really love "torna a casa" "coraline" "le parole lontane"), but for some other situations I prefer "i wanna be your slave" or "beggin" or now "supermodel". I like them to be diverse, but when they're live everything is so good. Sorry if I sounded rude before :)

Poor Damiano was in serious pain because he hurt his ankle the day before filming the video for this. He had to be helped off the stage at the end.

Much better when the song is live ao Damiano sounds like himself again His voice is very different in the recording. (music is on tape though) Even my husband who didnt like the recording liket this performance. 🤩

As Italian, I'm pretty happy about the results of the Eurovision 2022. I mean, Ukraine is crossing a really dark period, we all must sustain them. And Eurovision was a good chance to do that. A chance to show them our support and appreciation for that people. A way to say to them that we care about them. We Italians have also welcomed a lot of Ukrainians refugees, many of my fellow italians have gone strictly to the border of Ukraine to take care of the refugees and bring them directly in Italy. They have done that with their own resources. I mean, dark times needs us to shine more.

They need to get away from that American producer, boring chords and over produced. The lyrics are good though.

but you know one that a producer does right? he basically directs the sound recording of musical works, organizes musicians and singers, chooses the studio and defines the best equipment to be used. Controls recording sessions and supervises the mixing process. the producer does not interfere in the music itself, in the riffs or in the base or in the way that the music will be, producer is not a composer. So you didn't like what maneskin did hahahahahaahhahahahahaahaha

@@carolinepavanela No I did not like it. A producer has more or less influence on the product. In this case the producer was in total control and delivered riffs. I think it was a mistake for the band.

He's Swedish and has numerous hits with various meg hit artist. I'm sure he and Maneskin know better than you, plus they need to expand their sound and experiment. Unless their songs get play time in America and UK, they will die out eventually. Their Italian songs except for 1 or 2, will never be mainstream and appeal mostly to hard core fans. That's not enough to survive long term.

@@charliesargent6225 Hey Charlie. It's not about knowing better. They won Eurovision 2021 with a non pop song in Italian. The world is much larger than US and UK. I think they are trying to replace "Beggin" with a new hit.

@@henrikmunk450 Yes and that's cool but the novelty of singing in Italian wears off and again is for their hardcore fans. NO artist has become really big internationally unless singing in English. The most famous winners of Eurovision, ABBA, Celine would never have been so big if singing mostly in Swedish and French. The US & UK markets are ESSENTIAL if you want to be international mega stars, it's just the way it is. Would we know who the Beatles, Stones, Zeppelin, etc were unless they came to the US? Would they have been as big? NO WAY, even though they sang in English and had the UK market. You think radio stations in the US will play Italian language rock regularly, NO WAY?! I remember some German band back in the 80's or 90's with a catchy tune sung in German that was big. After that, ZILCH.
