For me, Moldova is the best Eurovision country for staging. Among my 5 favorite Eurovision countries you reacted to 2 which are Moldova and Estonia the other 3 are France, Finland and Iceland, I can't wait to see you react to them

Some fun facts: Zdob și Zdub participated in three different years 2005, 2011 and 2022. The hats in 2011 where a nod to traditional hats. But they the song was also indirectly targeted at the then pro Russian goverment of Moldova. Also their 2022 song is indirectly political, "The train is moving from east to west". There are videos on this topic if you really want to dive deeper into the meaning of the songs. Was surprised you didnt recognize the 2010 song. It really went viral online, as the Epic Sax Guy. They really used the song (specially the sax solo)on a lot of meme websites like 9gag. The 2006 artist Arsenium was a member of O-Zone, known for their song Dragostea Din Tei, better known as the Numa Numa song. I am sure you do know that song.

I've only ever heard of 1 artist from Moldova, a metal band called Infected Rain. They just dropped a video yesterday called "Never to Return", from their upcoming 6th album.

Can you do Turkey at Eurovision next? We have been missing this contest for 11 years already. There is 2 Turkish songs that still making tops at Eurovision Most Listened Songs in one month on Eurovision official channel.

One of my favorite countries in Eurovision. So many fun songs. Glad you enjoyed it. You could check out Luxemburg (1956-1993) They will make a return to the Eurovision stage in 2024 after over 30 years of absence 😄

Oh , glad you enjoyed my countries singing i think moldova lands in the Top 2 best countries in eurovision but thats just my opinion :P

Moldova is good at turning lemons into lemonade. The national final performances are typically not nearly as well put together as the final result at Eurovision no matter how they place in the end (2018 and 2022 are examples of this). Also they're one of the poorest countries in the contest and don't have nearly the same budget as others do so it's very commendable that they can put together good performances with limited resources. 2008 was probably the only one that wasn't all that good, otherwise I can find some charm to everything else. They have several returning artists - Natalia Gordienko (2006/20/21), Pasha Parfeni (2012 and 23, he also wrote the 2013 song and "played" the piano on stage with Aliona), Sunstroke Project (2010 and 17), Zdob și Zdub (2005, 11, and 22) + all of them and other artists in the video have attempted to come back several times.
