How would you two feel about watching The Moaning Of Life with Karl? It's a similar show where he travels, and looks at issues most people deal with and tries to work it out in his own way. He had creative direction in it, and even had an episode with the dwarves as children for a real couple😂

Jessica The Hippo hasn't killed anyone...yet. A few years ago they had to stop allowing visitors as she attacked 2 women that were visiting. She threw one into the air and ripped the other ladies stomach open. Luckily both survived. The lady said she was literally holding her own intestines from falling out. A couple of years ago, Jessica's owner lady died on the same night Jessica's newborn baby died.

Intestines are tethered to the abdominal wall for blood supply; they can fall out but not become completely loose. That's really nasty though, I wonder why the hippo snapped.

It's still a wild animal. It takes many many generations to tame animals. But a hippo is not an animal that is considered a tamable creature. Jessica is simply a rare instance of a very nice wild dangerous animal. But will always have the potential to snap or make a mistake while playing that could end in tragedy.

Jessica the Hippo is still very much alive along with the two owners. They still have people visit the home. That is another story of an owner that was warned by multiple people many times about his hippo but he didn’t listen with the end result in him being mauled to death by it.

For the bidet controls, the pink one is for females. It washes the front. The sound part is on some bidets in public that are meant to drown out the noise of going to the toilet/using the bidet.

My spacebar is doing something similar. Especially noticeable when watching KZbin is that now I have to make sure I click within the video screen to make sure that that is where the mouse last clicks. Otherwise, I may have clicked in a different tab or app and not clicked back in to the KZbin video and so spacebar doesn't work. It's a recent problem so I don't know what has changed

Oh and also... Japanese toilets have buttons to press when having a dump as they dont like sounds from the toilet. So their toilet can make waterfall sounds and play music whenever you need it. Warmed up seats too and some come with warm air to dry you butt with after you're done.. Theyre clever like that. First heard about them over 40 years ago..

I can tell you from experience what those buttons mean... I thought the blue was cold and the red/pink was warm... but no... The blue is for boys (bum), and the red/pink is for women (front bum)... as I found out when a jet of water hit me in the bollocks... 😂 They were unnervingly accurate too, the bum one was right on the balloon knot every time.. 😂😂

I've seen Queen Boomer doing that tears wafting thing before and I knew this day was coming 😋 On the Japanese toilet it should have been a bit more obvious.. as one button is pink with a picture of a lady on it. You can guess where that button aims. But yeah the "flushing sound" button plays a running water sample in order to disguise the real sound of your own activities

With regard to the Japanese toilet with flushing sounds, that is pressed so no one can hear you go as that is considered rude to others. The sound of flushing is to mask all or most noises. I used one that played a tune with bird song. I can’t remember the tune but I’m Sure it wasn’t “Ode to Joy” or “The Morning Chorus”, though that would have been funny and somewhat relatable in a weird way.

The very best advert was of a tropical island a couple of palms ,white powdery sand and a fantasticly gorgeous bird slowly unwrapping a whispy choc bar (Ithink it was called that) ,but the girl definitely got in the way of the ad , Big pharma probably bought it out and had it put off the screen ,because ,I would bet ,The sales of pills for the ED thing slumped!!!

JP Toilet: that model...the first yellow/orange button is Stop (止める - tomeru), the blue one is to wash your ass (おしり - oshiri - bottom) after business and the +/- buttons under it are for jet strength, the pink one is a bidet (ビデ) and intended for women after peeing, the blue 'note' one (音姫 - Otohime) plays a flushing sound to mask the sound of the user doing their business because some, mainly women I think, find toilet noises embarrassing...and it's got volume up/down buttons under it.

Had to laugh at the spelling bee thing - I once went to a pub quiz that had a dinosaur-themed spelling bee as a special round, and I volunteered for it because I'm usually pretty good at spelling. Pterodactyl was there of course, but I ultimately won the round by correctly spelling "Archaeopteryx" 😎
