4 billion people watched the last World Cup final so it’s definitely bigger than olympics

If you fake it you won’t make it to the corner quickly enough to block it. That’s why they dive before it’s kicked

14:57 no that's never happened, you're not allowed to switch your national team, once you played for a senior national team you can't go to a different one afterwards, that's why there's alot of competition between national teams for players with several nationalities, between the US and Mexico for example there's alot of "battles" to convince dual nationals to play for either side.

10:50 there's goalies who do that but a good penalty taker already decided where he's gonna shoot by then and doesn't let the goalies movement distract him. No goalie can save a well taken penalty, it's too close. But against mediocre penalty takers it can work. goalkeepers can read the shooters body language to a certain extent but they have to decide the direction they dive before the player shoots because an average penalty shot takes 0.4 seconds before it crosses the line and the fastest reaction time humans can reach is around 0.5 seconds, so it's physically impossible to wait and see where the player shoots, goalies have to decide before the player takes the shot and alot of players do hesitations or bodeyfeints to see where the goalkeeper is gonna jump before they shoot. Like 75-80% of penalties go in so keepers have nothing to loose, since they're not expected to save it anyway.

Yeah that’s the time stamp for when they scored

2:50 the ball has to completely cross the line, if even a millimeter of the ball is still on the line it's not a goal
