Sukumaran was no star. He was a great actor tho. But Prithviraj made his fanbase through his hardships no one supported him. You know that but you just can't digest that

@@fsociety6761 Clearly you aren't aware about how the malayalam movie industry was in the 70s and 80s or how the film industries in India functions in general... :) And regarding Prithviraj, fyi, he had enough support ie, atleast there were producers and directors willing to give him chances... Know of any non-star kids who could get chances like that inspite of having back to back flops?? Prithviraj did get enough opportunities to learn his craft thru exposure and unlike most star kids, he actually used those opportunities properly and learned... Thats what made him the star he is today... Its a big lie that we hear all the stars and star kids say in front of the media that they didn't get any special treatment... They always get special treatment... Doors that would otherwise refuse to open to others, opens for them... ie, Producers and Directors who otherwise refuse to even let you meet them to ask for opportunities, will be willing to meet them and hear what they have to say, etc... Its a huge difference that privilege makes...
