The problem with listening to a shinee song first through a live performance is that at some point you'll listen to the digital copy and it'll still be amazing but it'll just never fully live up to the magic of their live performance of it

This performance of "Like a Fire" was from their SHINee World Concert III (SWC3) in Seoul in 2014. Fun fact: If you look up the English translation of the lyrics to "Like a Fire" you will see that the song is about their love being like the fire of a phoenix so that is why they flap their arms and the choreography looks like birds flying, etc. They are singing about having a love like the fire of a phoenix. The stage is supposed to be fun, lighthearted and more free flowing. This song is more about the vocals then the choreography. Minho's nickname is "Flaming Charisma" because of his intense passion for sports and his need to always win, so that's why at the beginning of this song he said "Like a Fire" so intensely. :D It's a fun inside joke shared with Shawols meant to remind everyone that he is SHINee's fire and passion. Onew rolling down the stairs is just something he did to be funny. I know he pretended to fall on purpose this time to be cute and funny, but in reality Onew is known for being clumsy and for tripping and falling down a lot, so this was just fitting. :D Also if you know Onew you know that one of his goto funny moves is to roll on the floor, either log rolls or somersaults, etc. -- similar to what he does in their "Dream Girl" MV. LOL Onew is actually known for sometimes being uncoordinated and accident prone -- fans have even dubbed it "Onew condition." Key's high note in this performance is just so perfect. Fun fact: If you listen to the studio recording of the song, Key doesn't even have a high note in the song, he just decided he wanted to add one in this performance, so he did. That's just Key's classic diva style. It's almost as if he wanted to try and outdo Jonghyun. And, just think, that note came from one of the group's rappers. It just goes to show you that SHINee truly is a group of many talents and they can really do it all.

Finally, Like A Fire! I think if someone told me I could only listen to one SHINee song for the rest of my life, it would be this one. This song is a happiness pill to me. It immediately lifts my mood whenever I hear it. Seeing the video, though, sends me through ALL the emotions. I miss Jjong. I wish he were still here showering us with his greatness, making more music, seeing what his brothers are accomplishing. But seeing him here having a blast on stage, getting crazy, making memories--seeing quintessential SHINee--THIS is good, too. "Sometimes when you hear greatness, you just gotta shut up, you just gotta shut up and appreciate.." Thank you for those words, and for loving our boys as much as we do. This reaction was perfect!♥

SHINee is a group that has everything and gives us everything, no matter if they are singing, dancing or doing strange things when they decide to do something, they give 100000000000% about it mainly in the live show

You know it's a good one when he's bopping along before they even start singing, and then start harmonizing to the bridges before the chorus even hits, ahahaha! I love that this video starts with Minho's 'like a...FIRE!!!!' with Key behind him! Like A Fire is one of my favourite performances because they're having SO much fun in this! it's impossible not to be in a good mood watching this. & I love how you're so hype for Jonghyun every time and catch his goofy moments. :) EVERY SHINee performance is like this! you're so caught up in the moment and they're so fun to sing along (even if their vocals are too difficult, lmfao)! Who would've thought a reaction vid to Criminal in Act 1 would have you counting down the hours to Taemin for Act 2! It's SO good. can't wait for you to enjoy all of it!!!
