That's what I was thinking too from the different recommendations that I have recieved. Also how in the final scenes of the M/V the name Back Door is none the sign as they walk out. I also noticed how it is the 2nd record on the 2nd album as well. Looking forward to the next real soon.

Welcome back! I’ve heard and seen Gods Menu so many times now and I’ll never tire of it. The transitions in all their m/v are fantastic. Beautiful Felix with his gorgeous deep melodious voice was their secret weapon (not so secret any more though). He always made reactors do a double take. Thunderous is another one I’d like to suggest and also Back Door of course.

If you ever decide to get to their albums, they do an "intro" for each one where they talk in detail about the production process and the inspiration behind every song, each album's concept, their choreographies, music videos etc... They also talk about their mental state and thoughts before each release. It really shows their amazing bond as a group is and how much they enjoy making music, how hands on they are in the creative process for their art and how passionate they are. I highly recommend checking out those intros each time you finish an album or before listening to one (they are usually uploaded one day before the release date for the album). For their latest album "5-STAR", they released 3 videos for the intro. First video is kind of an interview format where they talk in pairs about each song in detail, the second one is a behind the scenes of their dance rehearsals for S-Class, and part three was the behind the scenes of the recording for that song which shows the members themselves directing in the studio. As for God's Menu, this music video (the one for back door too) was directed by the person director that did S-Class. God's Menu was actually the song that kinda put them on the map and introduced them to so many people. It was what set them apart from other groups from their generation because they decided they weren't going to stick to one genre and that they were gonna do whatever they want. Their discography is diverse and you can find anything from hip hop, r&b, edm, softer ballads, rock, and so much more.

@@Nonpfixion It's not a common recommendation, but it's personally what made me want to stick around and be a Stay for a long time so I always suggest it! They truly love what they do and it's so much easier to connect with all of their songs when you watch those intros.

The TikTok move trend you've asked about are made from Stray Kids' choreography to this song. One of the members (Hyunjin) personal cam went viral and someone made an edit out of his move in this part of choreography and it went viral on TikTok and everyone were doing that move trend after it 🥰 Also that "GO AUSSIE" in the back are making me smile so much, cause two of the members (Bang Chan and Felix) are Australians 🥰

I suggest Victory Song MAMA 2020 live performance, Side Effects M/V, 3Racha (doesn't have a M/V so you need to find a lyrics vid.), Hellevator (pre-debut song), Venom, Freeze, Tortoise and Hare (a weirdly perfect rap track), Maze of Memories, Miroh... I can go on like that. Just forget what we say and chose anything from our boys and enjoy. Their discograpy is just like God's Menu.

If you continue to dive further into Stray Kids (SKZ) you will notice that they do quite a few different music styles (pop, rap, dubstep, techno, rock, etc). They like to experiment alot with sounds and their music. Each member also has opportunities to write music. Their album SKZ-Replay is full of solos/duets/trios for songs they have written. As others have mentioned, they also love putting in Easter Eggs in their music videos and the actual music. My favorite thing about SKZ is the power and empowerment that most of their songs contain. Alot of their songs are about being your best, not giving up, fighting against whatever may be holding you back, even if that is yourself. They also like to poke fun at their haters.

Oh so happy. Still busy responding to S-Class and noticed your reaction. So excited to see more 💚 Deep Voice Felix (Australian) never disappoints. And as per my previous comment, leader Bangchan also Aussie hand-picked all the members, and the rap line produces their music. The other members contribute 🫶 Their rap line is some of the best K-pop rappers out there - as previously I would say do 5-Star, their new album and introduction 1st and then you go back 💚. They have so many good songs 🫶

i'd love to see you dive into some more of their discography, i really enjoyed hearing your opinions and perspective! they do have a massive discography, there are some real gems in there. "maniac" is one of my favorites :) they are definitely very hands-on with their music production, they write/compose/produce their own music, usually with contributions/oversight from one or two JYPE (their company/record label) producers. when it comes to their performances and music videos, they work with great directors, choreographers, stylists etc. but at the end of the day they are the ones in charge of their art. this is still not the norm in kpop, but it's becoming more common which is great

Stray Kids always throw in easter eggs in their M/V and we Stay's as are clowns because we don't notice it until the next project comes out and it makes sense. Loved your reaction and analysis of the music and the video it's self. So yeah 400M views can seem like a lot, and it's their most viewed MV. But in the fandoms of kpop there really is a culture of streaming, because there are some music show every day and views count for the points so there really is this thing of streaming songs. But us stays have a problem, youtube deletes many many views of stray kids, because they have kids in their name. So like God's menu should be around 650M views. It's funny that you mentionned teaser, because we stays have a nickname given by ourselves : clowns. Stray kids always spoil their albums or songs and we only notice after the release. So yeah you noticed the Back door reference to a song. But there's another spoiler/teaser. In the kitchen scene, In life is written on the background and In life is the title of the repackage album Back door is in ! Sometimes the teaser/spoilers are way before the album. For example, in a 2019 vlog Bang Chan teased us a song that he was composing. This song was Venom and it was released in 2022... About the song writing/producing process, they don't just do most of it but 99.9%. There's only 1 song were no members participated in and it's Going dumb by Alesso, they are a featuring on this song. And that's why all the members have some credits. So here is how many songs every members have credited (so you see everyone's name and it's in age order) : - Bang Chan : 160 songs - Lee Know : 17 songs - Changbin : 138 songs - Hyunjin : 21 songs - Han : 134 songs - Felix : 21 songs - Seungmin : 19 songs - I.N. : 19 songs Actually stray kids don't really trend wolrdwide but more like on kpop side of tiktok. Even tho God's menu was played by thr football/soccer world cup last year. But you might have heard Domino, because there was a remix on tiktok that went viral. I mentionned it last time in my comment, but yeah Back door is a good next song to see. And watching a guide after can be interesting ! But if you want, last time I mentionned that we might get new MVs for their new album which we did ! So maybe you can watch DLC and FNF MVs too !

Stray Kids is the only boy group I listened to. I don't know why. I tried some of the others like BTS but was choosing songs at random and, maybe just not my taste. GGs though. I cant name many that I didn't like right away. I much prefer a pretty voice I guess over guys in too much makeup. And them all looking like models doesn't hurt either. Don't get me wrong. The boy groups have just as much talent, and visuals I guess, but we have our preferences. Stray Kids are LIT though. I like most of their songs i've heard... which it about 8 or so, but they hit hard. I'll probably do another dive in the boy groups somewhere down the line, but there are so many girl groups to get through first. So many.

True we all have our preferences, from my point of view coming from the industry K-pop/J-pop style groups are in their renaissance currently just like Hip Hop in the 80's & 90's these are going to be the songs that you show to your kids as you tell them they music isn't better then your generations sound. lol I do enjoy finding gems amongst the pile like Stray Kids a very unique sound and way of delivery. I have been very impressed.
