those window do open further there's a hidden safety catch you push in to open all the way. its common over here in uk.

Wow - how do you work that out. Sorry but all they are are 2 l presume teenage in years sisters with outgoing personalities enjoying their time in another country which clearly is showing in these. What is wrong with that - they are doing nothing reflecting poorly on their parents whatsoever!

The window is a called a tilt and turn, you have thsafety strap that all windows had i hotels in th UK, but they are commong in houses, it tilts inside the room, by moving the handle all the way down, it would open into the room, for fresh air, for cleaning, as you can do inside and out from inside the room, also for fire safety, should you need to exit the window, you have full escape, its law in the UK yo have a fire escpae windon in a house
