@@RavenHawkCoins Was at the Grapevine, TX Coin show Saturday to have some dealers look at the 1992 D close AM cent I found. They all said it looked legit. ANACS was there, sent it off to be certified. fingers crossed!!!! It's just a piece of ZINC!!!! LOL

Good video Raven and good advice! I always try to keep an eye on my Ike & Susan sets that i've finished to see how the prices are changing. Definitely recommend always knowing what you have is worth, at the very least, if you don't sell it, when we pass it on to our loved ones they are aware and don't just drop it off at a bank or something silly and also don't get screwed over by a shady dealer.

Weird because when I look up those coins on NGC price guide it says $50 each.

@PaulaBluhm that is really weird as if you look up the serial numbers on these slabs in the video it's 1k and 2k also $50 for an MS70 seems unlikely. I will post the screenshot on my community tab.

@@RavenHawkCoins when I look up the price guide it shows MS70 as $50. That graph represents the only sold listing they had as a reference. Their own disclaimer warns against using that graph as the only pricing reference. I am not arguing that those prices are referenced. I am just saying there are more reliable sources for pricing.

@PaulaBluhm i hear you and that is also why I said in the video that NGC and PCGS have inflated prices. But I also checked on ebay for recent sales and they were getting $1500 for the one coin and almost $750 and more for the other mint mark. No stress my friend.

That is an artificial price made up by good sales people.. they are no different than any other ASEs produced that year.

Raven, thanks for sharing. What makes these special is the Label and the signature. The ASE itself, is still an ASE. I think you are spot on about finding the RIGHT buyer. @AshesC1 seems to be that she signed only so many live signatures for NGC, and it created a demand for the coins and thus a high premium. It's really surprising to me. But it happens at times. 2016 is also an anniversary year.

@dancerscc well it's a live signature and limited slab. There are a good number of people that collect limited edition items. They're selling for the money described in the video. I didn't think they were worth much, but the real point of the video is to check your slabs and coins on a regular basis. Supply and demand are simple economic concepts. The price isn't set by me.
