They used asbestos and sawdust for filler too, they are not principal components for synthesis of bakelite

I guess it would be just the general one for soya available from usual suppliers. Has a double name, the actual bacteria.

It is a good question - at 3:40 they are treating the seeds with what is called an inoculant (which is a bacteria that helps the plant fix nitrogen) - I don't know what inoculant they used but it is likely a strain of the bacteria rhizobia. I am pretty sure the bacteria being referred to at 6:50 is rhizobia.
