the one with gloves like thing in his hand is karan aujla and he is singing❤❤,and the actor is vicky kaushal one of the best versatile actor we have ,his acting skills are really shown in the movies like sardar uddham , and sam bahadur these are the army realted movies and a good to watch especially sardar udhdham which is a true story of british rule in india, this movie was selected in academy awards initial stages but got rejjected bcoz they said the movie was showing hatred against the british🤨😐😑😒😒

So, the guy dancing with the actress is the star of the movie. The other guy singing is Karan Aujla who is the actual singer. Yes, that is very common in Hindi movies. Its called Playback singing for actors in movie soundtracks or these kind of promotional videos. This song for example comes at the end of the movie after the storyline is complete but just before the titles.
