This is but one of twenty or thirty wars america has convinced and brainwashed the American public so easily that its absolutely vital and they must go along with it and support it .... And u can add Ukraine the newest latest entry to it and Taiwan if it actually happens. A pointless geopolitical proxy war that could have been deescalated and negotiated right in the first few months of the war with Putin and 97 percent of Ukraine would still have been intact and half a million lives saved, but thank God Boris Johnson and US intercepted and told him not to negotiate and instead keep fighting and america will send more weapons.mind boggling u think this is a country that is truly standing for humanity and peace and values ur human lives just like they value the lives of western nations and western European countries......if this was Germany or France fighting and dieing in the war u can be sure they would be calling for ceasefire and negotiations immediately. The USA can not allow the chip manufacturer TSM to become taken over by China. We rely on these chips for all our military equipment. We all saw the way the American car market was disrupted when they couldn't get access to these chips for vehicle production. The military has the exact same problem. It's why we are building TSM an American chip manufacturing plant even though they are not a USA company. Look into that deal for some real interesting wheeling and dealing. The fact that we even accepted that deal shows how reliant we are on those chips.

For my own experiences, what usually determined what was TAD/TDY vs PCS was time on station. Then that would determine the type of orders received, and then those type of orders would determine TMO, house hunting leave, area clearances, bringing a family, rating housing, etc.. Okinawa could be a TAD or part of a UDP sea deployment for some, and a PCS for others.. all dependent on how long they were there, what their position and purpose was, and what unit they were assigned to. This in turn determined sea service deployment ribbon vs. overseas service ribbon, etc. and sea pay vs cola

there's a story i heard on YT about an american teacher, teaching English in china. She tells the students that she wants them to draw an animal. " Any animal they can think of, or whatever their favorite animal is." The kids don't budge. "What kind of animal?" ask one of the students. "any animal is fine. A lion or a cow. Anything you want to draw." Responded the teacher. The teacher then walks around the classroom and sees on everyone's desk, a drawing of either a Lion or a Cow. This is why china in a non nuclear war doesn't scare me as much as the media wants us to be. In war, nothing goes as plan and you need individuals to come up with new plans on the spot and adapt to what is in front of them. Chinese have been told how to live their entire life and don't even know that they have the ability to make better decisions then the man above them.

12:20 This map is quite strange. It certainly doesn't show US bases in the world today. I noticed this because I recently read in the Italian edition of Wired that in my country, Italy, there are 120 US bases of various kinds (of which 20 are secret), and not 36. Then other oddities cropped up. The map shows other oddities. First of all, the names of the countries are very old (as other comments have also pointed out) and are stuck in the 1950s. Vietnam for example is referred to as French Indochina. It makes you think it's an old map. But this map isn't just old. It's wrong, or refers to other things. Because certainly in the 1950s there were no US bases in the former Yugoslavia. Even though I am a European woke pacifist leftist, I appreciate the contents of this channel, which helps me understand the world I live in. But you have to pay attention to these things. Perhaps there are no permanent American troops in Taiwan, and it is right and important to say this to avoid the spread of misinformation. But if some PLA bureaucrat sees that this map shows 30 US bases in China... 😅😅😅

Let's get serious and bring back US nuclear and conventional forces based in Taiwan like they had in the 1950s 1960s. Develop a nuclear version of the PRrM cap 4 missile, and mobile launched conventional and nuclear tipped stealthy JASSM B2 AGM-158B-2 cruise missiles or bring back nuclear Tomahawks all with the current upgraded anti ship capability. Place USAF F-35A and Marines F-35B with conventional and nuclear equipped B-61 mod 11 and 12. What is also needed is a nuclear tipped Mako Multi-Mission Hypersonic Missile that can fit in a F-35A bomb bay. That is a true deterrence ! ...............right there!
