just a tip, if you have enough left, put it in the fridge, make sure you got a sandwich press and get yourself some pita bread or Lebanese bread and make left over kebabs the next day. the press heats up the cheese and you can add more sauce or whatever and it is still just a good.

Im from Melbourne, iv likely tried the store you got this from- i also get mixed, with garlic and chilli- like you got ( i know how it looks) Hsp is the greatest feed. Nothong really compares- except mums home cooking but on a night out, a hsp is the absolute best.

Meat pies on the other hand are everywhere. There's also a tonne of variation like bacon cheese and egg meat pies, brekkie pies, and curry pies.

i push the meat over onto the flipped lid side, exposing the chips, then pick and choose the mix after that. cause the ratio of soggy chip/crispy chip to saucy meat/cheese/no sauce meat is important 😂😂

HSP's are definitely a staple food you get after a night out, it's generally unanimous among my friend group whenever we want a feed after spending the night in the city, doesn't help that they're usually the only food option aside from macca's past 1am, but after you've been to a solid amount of different joints you tend to find what the best option out there is, until they get new owners and their quality drops.

eveyone has their own way to eat, but for hsp I prefer to work on the layers of meat on the top first and uncover the chips underneath, then have some chips after clearing some space in the meat first. Digging in and trying to mix it all is hard work and in my opinion mixing is the lesser way to enjoyment - the individual parts are better one at a time.
