I know this is a pretty old video but if you decide to come back to this game then I have some tips: Theres an L3 and R3 on the bottom right of the wheel where the engine key hole would be. (I would recommend setting one to start / stop engine and one to your windshield wipers or lights.) Set the left and right on your Dpad to moving left and right in game so you dont have to use your mouse.

I actually stream both ATS and ETS2 on Twitch. I don't use a mouse for anything other than menu stuff. I use a TrackIR so it's all more immersive.

Thanks for the tips...although I use a vastly different button setup, your initial wheel settings helped me with the T150 wheel. This is sure a lot different than old wheel! (Thrustmaster Ferrari Red Legend). I didn't know in trucks, you dont really want auto-center. For those who were wondering: Yes it works on PC, he's controlling thrust and break with pedals on the floor, and he's using a head tracking device to look left and right.

Make sure your MODE behind the wheel on the right is set to PS3. See if that helps.

Old Nerd Reviews I fixed it all I did was rebind the steering in the settings.. Basically just dont click and setup the wheel for steering. I like your videos btw Im thinking about going back to videos not sure yet tho. Keep up the great work! :)

Have you ever detoured away from the the given line that the gps gave you to save time? As long as the road was safe enough to drive on? And then resume back to the rest of the Bombay way pout road?

I tend to stay on the GPS path when I'm not familiar with where I am. I may head off the main roads to a truck stop or such, but that's about it. ;)

Just came across your vid, thought I might ask your thoughts, everything is setup properly in ats for my Thrustmaster tmx pro for the xbox/pc except for the brake pedal. During ats setup the normal and centered options the yellow bar is ( without touching the pedal ) fully engaged ( meaning brakes are fully pressed without the pedal being pressed ) press the pedal and 1/3 of the way down the yellow bar bottoms out, keep pressing at about halfway the yellow bar then starts to fill back in like normal and fills all the way in when fully depressed. In inverted at the 1/3 way the yellow bar only halfway releases and then begins to fill back in as you depress the pedal. I have done the wizard several times, shutdown and restarted with un plugging everything, then opened properties for the Thrustmaster and pressed on all the pedals and their gauges show all pedal operating like normal. Just completely frustrated with it.

I have the Thrustmaster t150, and I get very sharp turns even when I only move the wheel a little. How did you make yours work so well? With ATS of course.

I just tweaked it a bit in he settings as I showed. Other than that, it's all default. If you change the settings as close as you can to what I have, you should be good to go. Of course, when you're bob-tailing without a trailer, it will be easier to over steer ;)

Old Nerd Gamer Fixed it ;) I had the wrong mode on the wheel. I had mode 1 before which is 360 degrees. Now I have mode 4 which is 900 degrees. Thanks for the reply :D

I use the pedals that came with the wheel. No shifter. They want waaaay too much for it, so I just drive automatics.

If you have this wheel, it is a Playstation 3 and 4 wheel that is PC compatible. There is a switch on the right, behind the steering wheel that needs to be set for the PS3. You can find it in the manual.

sadly my steering wheel is not as accurate as yours, mine is the cheepo kind of steering wheel I got on ebay called (PXN Steering Wheel) I get like a 1 second delay before the game wheel turns, also my steering wheel only turns 180°-degrees - unlike yours that turns 360°-degrees and is much more acurate. my PXN steering wheel also snaps to center if I let go of the steering wheel which sometimes sucks. I cant afford the $400 dollar price tag of the logitech G29 or any other logitech wheel for that matter. I have RL bills to pay and family to upkeep. I wish my steering accuracy worked like yours does. :/

I emailed the PXN company that made my steering wheel a very very arsh letter www.e-pxn.com on how angry I was about their steering wheel and its flaws in accuracy and a bunch of other things about the steering wheel. I dont know if they are just a distributor or the manufacture. One thing for sure though, someone got a very harsh email from me. (no cursing or anything that rude though, just a very harsh unhappy letter about their product. Here is one odd but good thing, the steering wheel feels so great and has so many buttons which is great and feels awesome in the hands, feels high quality and all. but when using it, it only turns 180°-degrees 45°-degrees in either direction. It has force feedback in it. I just wish that it was as accurate as yours when turning the wheel. I checked out your link you posted -- Thank You :)

It may be a limitation with the demo. As long as you don't have a defective unit and have it hooked up, there shouldn't be a reason for it not to work.

Doing terrific. If the desk isn't real sturdy, as long as you're not using with with games like Need For Speed where you're jerking all over. As long as you screw it tight, it will toss your desk around before it comes lose!

And for how long have you had it? I'm considering buying it and in my country it ain't cheap, actually costs quite a bit. 725 PLN and take the average earnings at about 3500-4000 PLN, and then you have the image.. yeah. I just need to know if the rubber on the wheel rubs off and if it gained any play (i mean if it wobbles) and if the force feedback (if you have it in any games you play) still works fine.
