You can put AI traffic anywhere - even on water or in the air if you want. Just put some trajectories wherever you want (not necessarily on a road), and vehicles will go on that trajectory.

You need glasses friend. Lighting is still a complete disaster. I am working on a mod for ETS2 that gives a huge overview of these graphics. As soon as I finish I will publish it. On my channel I have uploaded a video with the arrangements I have made in ATS to make it look really realistic and not that at 6 in the afternoon, despite the fact that the Sun is still in sight, it is necessary to go with the lights on because nothing is seen. That lighting in the evenings I have corrected to 'perfection. The sunset lighting of my ATS and ETS2 games is just perfect.

Again SCS raises the bar on quality! This is looking like the best release yet! 2020 may be a crap year with the 'rona, but it's gonna be a major year for SCS' truck sims, with major overhauls of the graphics and sound systems and some gorgeous DLC releases. Keep on truckin!

Agreed. I may add they urgently need to improve the AI quality. It's the most annoying part of the game. Then the economy part could use some complexity, garage, truck, trailer and driver manager need full keyboard controls. Realistic tire wear and rough road surfaces. Graphics are pretty okay as they are for now. All I'd still like is the truck having better reflections.

The drive from Boise up to Coeur d'Alene is going to be awesome if that highway is on there, US-93 I think. It follows the Payette River much of the way and is extremely scenic one of the most scenic highways in America. I used to live there and it was awesome. Also Hells Canyon is going to be cool if they include that which I am sure they have.

I can't wait to see streamers try to pronounce "Coeur d'Alene Idaho" hehe, also cool seeing the CDA Resort in the trailer at 1:26. It was also great to see that hotel in Boise Idaho at 0:28 Interesting enough, the cool wall with that big artistic crack on the side of that hotel is pretty recent (only a few years old now actually) I was in the Area when they were building that piece a few years ago in down town Boise. Idaho is seriously looking pretty great, so awesome to see all these places in game and just how well SCS does at re-creating them! I can't wait to drive through it.

That art on the side of the Grove Hotel has been there since 1999. It was being restored a couple years ago. Then a car hit it shortly after and it needed to be fixed again.
