How to make s'mores the English (or scout) way: Two rich tea biscuits Chocolate spread (I suggest the orange one from Tesco if you like Terry's Chocolate Orange) Princess Marshmallow or whatever large marshmallow you can find. Spread your chocolate on one side of both biscuits. Toast marshmallow until just right and put on one biscuit. Put other biscuit on. Eat and enjoy.

You can use Digestive biscuits - they're thicker and smaller and round but the taste will be similar. Toast the marshmallows over your cooktop if it's gas and use any thin plain chocolate bar.

We DO have iced tea and root beer, we just don't have them commonly in restaurants etc like in the US. We have them in supermarkets etc.The closest we have to smores are 'toasted teacakes', which are almost the same thing. We have fluff in supermarkets too.

The way I make s'mores is I toast the marshmallow, so that it is toasty on the outside and melted on the inside. Then you put it a piece of chocolate into the marshmallow. The chocolate melts inside and you can put it in the graham crackers.

Also marshmallow fluff contains no gelatin. lol The gelatin is used to keep the marshmallow held together in it's cylindrical shape.

Some people, especially people who don't live in the United States find those things too sweet and sort of have that "fake" felling. But Americans are already so used to it and born into that type of food so that's probably why we could agree to loveeee those thingsss ^ but others not used to them wouldn't >.
