I agree with your sister 100%. I moved to the Lecce province in January 2020, just before COVID. Although, it was a terrible period in time, I felt much safer in Lecce than I think I would’ve if I were still in Long Beach. Being a Gay man of color, I found the people in the Lecce province to be some of the friendliest people that I have ever been around. I have even found a partner here and we have been together about 3 years, which is the longest time I have ever been with anyone. I even feel well integrated with his family. I’m happy that you are highlighting the area where I now call my home. ❤

Italy is a gorgeous country with so much to offer, beauty, culture, strong family unit, fresh food, art, music, very friendly and so much history. I can understand why Faith decided to move there especially since she met a loving Italian man and his family. A slower pace, more wholesome, kinder existence and I can also understand why her parents retired there, it's just such a different environment so peaceful. So happy this channel came up, I have also had my family subscribe! Thank yo for taking us on this Italian journey with you, it's like being with family. As an elderly women of 71 married 52 years to same man, a Dad who was my pastor as yours, of the Cogic faith!!! It was so refreshing to hear your interview with your sister convey her stance on man and women! "He that findeth a wife" makes the difference! My son who is divorced and living in Houston said it's so scary out here trying to find a women because they aren't allowing him to approach her...this is why he keeps looking and leave them standing on the streets! Our American society has told women to take charge of what God ordained for our strong men to do! All of my 13 siblings 3 boys and 10 girls...7 girls were married, knew our place and were blessed to get husbands, that remained with each of the 7 girls until death! We all lived long years, stayed married long years to our spouses over 52 and 60 plus years as our parents of 70 plus years!!!!! We must allow a man to do his job!!!! If we did not find him to our liking we played no games and told them! I love your sister's mind and her inspiring words that can offer our younger generations of girls some hope!!!! Particularly our black ladies... to hopefully, be a little shamefaced to advance upon a man when he is not even looking for you...that's why they get with you and continue to look! Enjoying the video more ways than one...sight seeing and preach word from your sista😁🙌👋 Amen!

I live in italy and started in Lecce. I havent had quite the same experience, ive encountered some negatives. Italy is quite a difficult place to live. I think if you meet someone it smoothes the way. Its good to hear someone finding theirforever home. Unfortunately i've experienced unwelcomed older men hitting on you consitantly, following you, .stalking in cars, indecent exposure on motorways and quiet beaches. Difficult rude landlords, deposits stolen. High amounts of ant-social behaviour. Terrible, terrinle customer service to a shockung level.. Against this yes, i love the beaches. The blue skies. The architecture, the simple life. But i find overall Italian personality more negative generally. Which goes against the stereotype of hospitable. I find there is generally an "unhelpful" culture. Which slightly dampens thel love of this experience.

That fruit is not a cumquat. It's a Loquat. I have both in my garden. The difference between them is the loquat has large brown seeds and sweet while the cumquat is a bitter citrus fruit and not edible imo unless cooked. When it is cut open, the cumquat has the typical star design of citrus fruits.

Your sister is lovely and seems to really appreciate life in Europe. I will say, to anyone, especially Americans who move to Europe, learn the language of that country. It is respectful of the people, culture and history of that country. You won’t be a part of the local community if you don’t speak the language, and your life will be harder than it needs to be. Yes, it will be harder to find a job in countries in Southern Europe if you don’t speak the language, well…because you aren’t in an English speaking country. Many Americans expect immigrants to speak English, so the same goes for Americans or any foreigner who moves to Europe.

REAL men know the true meaning of love (particularly & especially God-fearing men). ALL races have good & bad men, largely bad due to societal standards/norms/wickedness. Many Italian men, for example, have been known to be cheaters, abusers, aggressive, misogynistic, etc. But that’s obviously not true about ALL of them, just like being good to women isn’t true for ALL of them (again, not even most). We can love the people of our own races, or others outside of our races; either way, you must use the same common sense, caution, boundaries, & prayer covering for ALL people, especially in close relationships. 🙏🏽❤️

Camp Darby is in the Pisa area Ramstein air base is in the Ktown close to Frankfurt airport area. Vilest army base is close to Czech border if I can remember. Also there is a very small base past Munich in Garmisch really near the Austrian border. The big American edelweiss a hotel is in Garmisch. Very beautiful as all of Germany. I hope the happiness lasts. Italy is not very nice to black people. I experienced life between Lecce and Melpignano. I got tired of being verbally abused by the students on the train. I vowed to never return. Meloni doesn't hide her distain for foreigners, so I definitely would not want to support that. I'm very happy for you guys.

So excited to have found your channel. Challenging to find like-minded people stateside. I hope to return abroad within 5 years. I only feel home when away from the states interestingly… military mindset perhaps. What is your Insta handle?
