Those are some incredible choices, Mark. This was a vinyl tag I was really happy to do as well. so many great artists to choose from - the main difficulty was narrowing things down to keep the video under an hour. I am also grateful that you've shown some that I'm not familiar enough with and I'll be sure to give them some attention in the future.

Great stuff. I’m glad you joined in. Always good to see the Gourds getting a mention, although I only have a couple of their albums. I like to think I’m well versed in the Americana genre, but you managed to introduce me to a couple of groups that had passed me by. I’m currently listening to The Dexateens’ self titled album on Tidal 👍 Nadine were one of the bands who were featured on the seminal Sounds of the New West compilation which came free with Uncut magazine back in 1998, which was so important in developing my love of Americana. There’s a UK bluegrass group who call themselves the Often Herd. Heh heh! Cheers - Hedley
