I could say that's one of my favorite, and I like the wheel spin bonus option. Long time ago, in 1999, playing the WOF machine at MGM in LV, after playing on several WOF machines the first night, I noticed someone winning twice on a particular WOF machine. The next night, I played on the WOF machine that person was winning, and I walked out with a profit of $400. The next night, I went to the same WOF machine, and I ended up positive almost $350. Not sure if it is possible that one machine of several same machines has better odds, and this is long time ago, but for me, that machine was different than others 3 nights in a row. After that excitement of winning, I was departing the next morning, so I could never know if the streak of luck (or simply odds) would go on... and on, but it was worthy! 🍀😀

So I’ve heard of some casinos actually having sucker bet machines, and the most visible machines ( like you had pointed out) seemingly having better odds. This also only applies to central server slots like at a casino. Not at single slots like gas stations etc… so the casino will make the odds much higher for a few visible machines for the foot traffic to pull people in. And with the public seeing that the machine is hitting it will give them the impression that all are loose when in fact most are hella tighter and that will consistently pay out. I also was digging in some studies on slot machines in the past couple years, and some slot machines ACTUALLY do have certain times of the day they pay out more or loose times of the day. My mom actually works at a slot place in northern Illinois. The sweet spot for the weekend days is 3:30-4 and often times almost all machines will hit good bonus within those times. Anytime I visit her I go at that time to say hi. I often put 5$ in a certain machine at those times and always walk out with 30-40$ everytime. I’m sure you know about volatility, but I still struggle with certain types to tell medium to high volatility’s? It’s wild how different and vague it is. On purpose… I literally figured out you can play a demo of the game ya might want to play to get a feel…. But does that TRULY affect RNG for real bets? That’s the only question I’ve not found and answer to? I’m sure that it might not. But I don’t know how the randomness is chosen?

One game that can be good for low rollers is Wicked Winnings 3. The bonus feature can be very frustrating, but because of multipliers, there's always a chance of big payouts and handpays, even on a 50 cent bet. But make sure it's WW3. I haven't seen the big payouts on the original, 2 or 4.

The machines now are programmed with a computer chip. So in my opinion they can make them payout whenever and whatever they want. 😂 they control them in a little room above the casino. I bought a machine for slots and they asked me if I wanted it to pay out or be tight. I said payout, it’s more fun. So look for machines that seem to payout a lot.

nobody answered so I will. I'd say the ones with progressives that go up, based on the amount of money played into the game. A "set" jackpot pays the same, regardless if people have played $5 million through the machine or like $20, but a progressive one will increase along with the amount of money people put through the machine, so when it finally does hit, it's paying more out-- which means you're making more or getting more of your money back once you hit it.

Nice video. Good information & explains it very well. Keep in mind that if you are betting the lower amounts on the wonder 4 then the bonus will pay that lower amount. Buffalo is more expensive on the initial bet but the bonus pays more because you are betting more.

some will say the jackpots are available at any bet. others specify you must max bet to qualify for jackpots. and some have bars/lines by the different bet amounts to let you know which level of bet qualifies to win jackpots. If you can't find the info where I stated, then you can always open up the rules in the menu and check the small print. I've never seen a machine that didn't tell you somewhere.
