Great video. I had PSC for about 10 years. Went to MELD score 40 with kidney dialysis. Finally got liver transplant at last moment. Had a near miraculous recovery and went back to work four weeks later. That was six years ago. Don’t give up. Follow your doctor’s orders, but this video is very good explaining it all.

I've been Diagnosed at age 57 in 2006,Ive been on Urrso 500 2x day,and ocaliva since 2019, I have Hypothyroidism and borderline Osteoporosis I'm on Statin drugs,I weigh 120 lbs 5 ft 1, No liver fibrosis,but have a fatty liver..My recent blood work shows my Alkaline Phosphatase is 125

I have had an acute pain in my RUQ since childhood that happens once every few months. I have been diagnosed with PSC. Could this cause my intermittent pain??? 🙏

Can someone tell me if an equivocal ama blood test (< 20.1 ) mean positive or borderline. Does this result mean negative of perhaps further testing?

I understand that a person with PSC is possibly a candidate for a living donor . If so how would the bile ducts be repaired
