2015-2017 Mustang RTR Grille W/ LED Accent Vent Lights Review & Install (GT, EcoBoost, V6)
Simple Exterior Detail. The RTR grille with LED accent vent lights is for 2015-2017 Ford Mustang GT, EcoBoost and V6 models. The RTR grille replaces the factory grille with a sleek stealth look that eliminates the running pony emblem and also incorporates LED accent side vents that illuminate at night for a unique exterior styling modification. The grilles are a complete replacement of the factory components and offer better overall airflow. The accent lighting plugs into the headlight wiring harness and is activated when the daytime running lights are on. It’s important to note that the lower grille will not work on Mustangs that come equipped with the adaptive cruise control.
Simple Construction. The grilles are designed using the factory CAD data, ensuring a precise fit. They are manufactured from OEM quality TPO material, for great strength, flexibility and durability against weather and sun exposure. The LED accent lighting is rated at 100,000 hours of continuous use.
Plug and Play Installation. The installation is straightforward and easy to complete with slight drilling for the accent lighting. RTR includes clear directions and preset locations to assist with the drilling. The installation will require the removal of the front bumper, followed by the removal of the factory grilles. Once the grilles have been replaced, the included wiring harnesses pigtails off the factory headlight harness, for a seamless installation without the need to cut or splice the factory wiring. Overall, the installation can take up to two hours to complete with basic hand tools.

Ykg2000 No. Regular cruise control is fine. They are referring to the adaptive cruise control which is an option, but not standard equipment.
