* Simply put, the OEM struts and shocks are valved to control the length and rebound of the factory coil springs. Changing to a lowering spring with a different rate and height will force the OEM dampeners to work outside of their intended operating range and thereby cause them to wear very fast and ride harshly.

25:31 i just cant reistall that darn bolt! ,i tried 50 times...
@americanmuscle5 жыл бұрын
It can be a real pain in the ass! It's really all about the position of the hydraulic jack. In some cases, you can jack up the lower control arm to get the bolt through one side, then drop the jack and reposition it to lift up the other end to get the rest of the bolt through the other hole. Hope that makes sense. It's tough, but not impossible! - Adam

I noticed in the fine print that SRT8 models only drop 1.1 front and 1.2 in the rear. Is that because the SRT8 is already lower than stock R/T??? My SRT8 is also a Core model without the adjustable suspension.

@AmericanMuscleDodge4 жыл бұрын
These guys will likely not fit an RT Charger. Eibach makes their spring super vehicle specific in order to get the best performance out of their product. I highly recommend looking into a set of springs made specifically for your application for the best results. -Zach
