As a Muslim myself I couldn't possibly choose between them. They both were prophets, they both had similar teachings and all worship the same God. Take it this way, if you loved your parents dearly and you were asked who you love more. Would it be your mother that fed you, went through 9 months of pregnancy for you or would it be your dad that works to get money for the family, protects you and knows what's right. Christians would obviously chose Jesus because they don't even believe in Mohammad. Jesus said not to worship him but his God.
