A bunch of Americans arriving in Pyongyang on an American-made Boeing 747 which carries the flag of South Korea! Mind blown.

To see two nations together with such unity, it's a very rare sight and I love it so much.

1. First violin girl who was taught by an American: "The lesson from him was just like a lesson here; nothing special" 2. Second girl in an interview with a South Korean journalist Journalist: "Have you heard of Juilliard School of Music in America? Do you want to have an opportunity to learn music from that school with many excellent teachers?" The girl in blue cloth: "No, it's okay, there are many excellent music teachers here too, so I don't need to go there"

There's always plenty of heat / electricity / food in Pyongyang (especially for tourists). It's the rest of the country that leaves much to be desired.

Imagine playing an instrument with freezing (means very cold) hands.. This cannot sound good even if it sounds relatively good, because only warm hands can really be moved freely and easily. So, imagine it how beautiful the girl would have played the short exercise (starting after 19:00).. These are really talented musicians!

That woman who went out for a morning jog...why......how dumbbbbb of her. She's in an entirely new society. She thinks she's in New York or something. She doesn't know that when in "Rome, do as the Romans do." She should have conducted herself conservatively or at least ask permission.

Anyone noticed the 'Traffic Lady' starting from 17:00 ? She obviously noticed the camera, then smiled and tried to continue working - while she was just due to change guards. Very good shot btw. She is really beautiful, also in that uniform.

That's funny, the interpreter didn't know the word translation for "intonation" . It's also funny that everyone at morning rehearsal, from the audience to NK orchestra members all wore formal suit 'n tie and then comes the conductor w/o a tie.

nah actually the rest of the country is not that bad. There's tons of fairly big cities like this all around the country although of course the capital is the biggest. Its not really that the rest of the country leaves much to be desired but there are some rural areas that are really quite bad. People don't have healthcare nearby, if there's floods or earthquakes its difficult to get help because the roads are bad etc. watch?v=9ZPw_LXus_A&list=PLA68B6C976CC4065D

The American musicians were so arrogant. What if someone from Vienna came to New York and told them how to play? The Americans assumed they were of course above the North Korean who gave their whole life to their music. And they talk about the North Koreans opening up. What about the Americans opening up. Pyongyang residents are happy, peaceful and love their country. They don't need their hearts opened. The theme of the whole video was "we're open and superior to you." I'm so ashamed.
@stevehowell2812
