As a Brit, I agree that Chip's bar about the government, voting and "contradictory flow" didn't hit right. It isn't hypocrisy to encourage people to vote for the opposition party to the one that's currently in government. That's a direction to change things. Stomzy wasn't saying "fuck the concept of government" he was saying "fuck this particular government and its leader" which is pretty different.
