Steak Tartare is fine, great even, but be very selective about where you order it from. It has to be high quality meat that has been treated properly every stage of the process.

American food looks and tastes like shit compared to rest of the world. Meat in the US is gray, salmon is orange etc. The food in the states is filled with stuff no one would eat here in EU😂

In the US you need to store your milk in the fridge ... and fries at the big M contains 19 incredients in the US, while in Europe there are only 3! *strange!?

how i got my wife to eat MR steak , made her eat it in the dark , she never went back to WD. Overcooking a steak cooks out all the flavour

10:40 - I hate that "k" crap for its waxy texture. In Taiwan, some health claims by cereal companies are not permitted. Products that claim any effect on cholesterol have to cover the labels or package the product differently.

I ate steak tartare many times in france. In Germany mettwurst which is raw pork. In the Netherlands Filet Americain. All raw, never been sick. Raw Meat is so delicious if proper prepaired

In Italy we have Carpaccio (raw meat with Parmigiano and other things) and it is absolutely delicious.

It should be a meme in the UK too. Our food may be plain but when done well it accentuates the flavour of good quality natural products. A lightly seasoned pice of high quality beef cooked (rare) to perfection can be delicious without the need for marinades, rubs or extravagant sauces. Some of the more highly regarded quisiines can be a little samey with the over reliance on certain flavourings which can often hide mediocre base ingredients. Garlic in French cooking is a glaring example to me. I like garlic and I like many French dishes but just as often I like to taste a good quality cut of beef itself. Steak is delicious with a light seasoning alone. Sometimes it's nice to have it smothered in a delicious sauce but not to the point where you never get to taste the steak itself.
