Yes he has fun sense of humor, but he is also thick as a brick. Anything that he hasn't seen doesn't exist. Just because he doesn't get constant updates in the news, he thinks that we've abandoned space. Just because he hasn't seen it, he thinks that the Mongolian wrestling getup isn't really their national outfit. In Petra episode, he said that he doesn't understand how the water comes out of the tap. He is clearly below average in the intellect department, but I like his inquisitiveness and propensity to ponder things. 46:11 illustrates his smooth brain brilliantly.
