Yeah u guys are right, he pulled out a pubic hair and gave it to him. In kerala we say "ennik Myraanu" (It means I dont give two shits to what anyone thinks) Ennik = For me, Myraanu = pubic hair. It basically means ur opinion is worth this pubic hair to me. As Boney cant talk he just expressed this thru his actions. Hope this makes sense..

9:18 she do look like mary, thats what they meant, its after she and other two women came into their lives, their life started to change, the older 3 brothers started talking with each other, the oldest one found a purpose in his life, the others matured and started to work and earn and the younger brother got a sister- mother figure which he never had. Its after these women came into his life , he started to smile. Their broken family started behaving like a family again. In this times of feminism and sigma male nonsense, men snd women are hating each other, this movie shows how important a women is in a man's life. Thats the beauty of kumbhalanghi nights.

This movie gave a strong commentary abt the patriarchy in Kerala’s society. Shammy is the portrayal of a common man, so in with toxic masculinity he is basically psychotic. Its how he controls & gaslights the women in the family, treats them as helpless damsels in distress while he is the ine oppressing them. Saw a comment here saying the movie is against feminism. Wrong. The movie is feminist, and big on the mental illness taboo in our country and state. You can see that men in my state still see feminism as a threat & a man hating business lol. They failed to get the point of the movie.
