Same here and I was like 20 years late to the party with this! Mainly because I was a kid at the time and my parents couldn’t have this on with 2 kids running around

PS improves greatly here in terms of budget, camerawork, story & Nancy. It's one of many sitcoms in which s2 is much better than s1.

10:00 that guy is David Armand, he does interpretative dance (funny mime routines) he did Natalie Imbruglia's "Torn" and he did them on a comedy quiz show called Fast & Loose.

Oh I’ve never seen you two in the same place before! That’s a first for me. I also never went to any dance classes outside of school. Mostly Scottish country dancing and we all hated it. We were all forced to be there, it was like a hostage situation and everyone just wanted it over and done with. The teachers aswell as other pupils were like drill instructors. It’s shame because I don’t think it’s actually that horrible, every time I’ve heard of a ceilidh or a wedding and it’s happened they’ve always said it’s quite fun

@@anvilbrunner.2013Maybe in the Victorian days. According to the Cambridge Dictionary it means "...(of people and their voices) from a high social class:" And it's Toff not Toft. Are you an undercover spy? lol
@anvilbrunner.20137 ай бұрын
Toff is a modern rendition of the word Toft. Oxford trumps Cambridge btw. Etymology matters to me. You young guns ought be upbraided for changing the meanings of words & Cambridge ought be raised to the ground for adapting such bastardisations of the tongue. @@BreezyE-d3n

@@anvilbrunner.2013Oh God. OK then I'll bite. Doesn't toft mean a site for a dwelling and its outbuildings? I only used Cambridge because Oxford wouldn't let me cut and paste. In fact, I'm pretty sure you're having me on.
