An easy way to convert kg to pounds is to half it and remove a bit more. Or pounds to kg is double the pounds and add a bit. It at least gets me close.

Actually the most effective way to convert is to times kg by 2.2lbs (1kg) 100kg x 2.2lbs = 220lbs

Good reactors also pause the vids but when they have really funny or good points to make not just of the sake of it.
