The reason Berlin looks like that is because a decent chunk of the centre around the Brandberg Gate was built post unification. The Berlin Wall made that area no man’s land. After unification, the Federal Government moved back from Bon to Berlin and the whole city became a construction site but especially the centre.

I (Steph) work another more stable job since YT fluctuates a lot and we have a child so we can’t film 100% of the time, but Wesley does the planning, editing and uploading full time across 2 channels. The goal is to get there though!
