They don't have a leader in the sidemen. They're all equal. The way they run their system is that each one of them make videos (they host when it's their video) by rotation while keeping a spreadsheet of their ideas and videos and if they turn up late to the videos then they have systems in place as punishments.

Thank You so much for pointing out the audio! I tried a new way of editing these and it sounded so much better in the software but it didnt transfer to youtube whatsoever. Will fix moving forward!!!
