The thing about Rugby is that it's basically a continuous sport so unless there is a foul, the ball goes out of play or a point is scored you keep playing. It also doesn't have these 5-10 minute breaks in-between plays so these players can easily become exhausted leading to weak shoulder drops being able to fool the opposition as they physically can't keep up with the change in direction.

The over exaggeration off direction is on purpose when we do this we plan to go into that direction but change at the last second when we realise you noticed and when you over anticipate we just do what we first intended to do😅

The thing is before they plant that leg they take a quick stride forward making the defender think they will suddenly accelerate forward (which they can also do) and then the defender over commits in that s plit second and gets stepped.

Even if you plant your right, I can still plant the left too and trick someone so it's not to guess plus the other team is facing you while you're going downhill so it's easy to do em in even if they know which way you're going if you have the speed. It's so hard to stop someone in a match when you're already tired, bruised up and facing the opposite way that he's going.
