I love the way Chris san is almost being like an ambassador for Japanese sushi. And has done a great job at it!
Very popular Clayton and Stuart, thank you for choosing to spend your precious time in Japan. I'm so elated to see how much you enjoyed high-end traditional Japanese sushi. Those petite chrysanthemums are edible as well with sterilization and detoxification effects that is meaningful for raw seafoods . Please visit Japan again in different seasons and to other areas in the near future.

yes it was really great of them to take a day out of their schedule to make the videos with us! now that I know the flowers are edible and healthy I will start eating them. I thought they were only for decoration. I hope they make it back some day!

@@chrisandgin Yes for everything you said. Flower petals are for soy sauce or over the raw seafood. You can skip flower calyx part.
Sea urchin is not for everyone, but they seemed to like it. All dishes look delicious but the abalone with butter also looks delicious! I didn't expect they would like the abalone liver. They are not picky and eat everything with relish. I love watching them enjoy their food.
