That crunchy leaf was Kangkong or water spinach in English not king kong. 😊😁 Oh and you have to squeeze that lime on top of the sisig with the egg as well then mix it all well to give it that citrusy kick. The reason why you said that sisig is gelatinous is because there is not just one version of sisig. Some are mixed with mayonnaise. Others also mixed soy sauce. But if you really want the best sisig in the Philippines, Pampanga is where you should go to. Many vloggers have also been there just for the best sisig in the Philippines. Sisig really has an egg on top. You just have to mix it right away as soon as they serve it to your table. Great idea if you'd make a review on Donut stores. Dunkin Donuts has been here for more than 20 years. Krispy Kreme came next. J.Co came in just a few years ago.

Kangkong is Ipomoea aquatica, most widely known as water spinach, is a semi-aquatic, tropical plant grown as a vegetable for its tender shoots. I. aquatica is generally believed to have been first domesticated in Southeast Asia. It is widely cultivated in Southeast Asia, East Asia, and South Asia.
