What are your thoughts on keeping hand written peds and not registering a dog. The reason I ask this question is because i believe that i can keep track of my dogs better than a regrestry but would that be putting all my hard work to a disadvantage?

a registry keeps records from everyone that submits them...so this allows one to trace ancestry both before and after you.

Funny how many dogmen were in the military. Harry Hargrove was in Vietnam and received a Purple heart and a Bronze star with Valor. .. Jack Brown from California was another Vietnam veteran with a Purple heart who bred some of the best dogs ever.
