She's right though, she's just saying instead of killing animals to make fur coats they could technically collect the fur from animals that died of natural causes. If you listen very carefully Nigel seems to understand her when she says that and asks something like "You mean collect those animals from the forest (after they die)?"

She wasn’t dumb . I think the way in which she articulated her thoughts was confusing but I was able to understand what she meant . In short, she’s saying that if the animal was killed solely for the purpose of using it as fabric versus the animal dying of a natural cause . One way is morbid the other way is just the inevitable result of life. I actually think if you weren’t able to understand what she meant, maybe she isn’t the dumb one 🤷🏿‍♀️

Yeah, but when you talk about something as deep as politics, you need to have a clear idea and express it just as it is, because misunderstanding (like in the judging panel) of that topic can make many people there upset or uncomfortable.
