Considering the extra land , builtup square feet , inbuilt kitchen cabinets , fridge and Aircon systems , property prices are reasonably affordable in USA. Doesn't really looks that expensive as i assumed. Meanwhile here in Malaysia and Singapore our property prices are far more expensiver .
