I totally agree with him. A woman who is above 30, seeking marriage is a red flag. You marry her at your own risk. But if she's a widow, it's okay. Women reach their peak Sexual market value in early 20s. After that, it's starts going down hill. At 30, the SMV drops significantly. This is when they start rushing to find a hubby coz the wall is around the corner and chances of risky pregnancies increases by the day. When you know, you know. And it's not the same with men. Coz we're the ones who give out the relationships. And further more, we get to our sexual market peak at 40s.
