Amethyst Meaning and Spiritual Properties
Amethyst is a beautiful stone with several benefits. It vibrates at a high frequency, which creates spiritual protection that blocks out the lower negative frequencies and energies. It helps to awaken higher consciousness, assisting in clear-headed decision-making that is free of emotional confusion. It helps with meditation and intuition.
Physical Energy Properties: Amethyst has strong energy and cleansing powers and helps to heal the causes of disease. This crystal is beneficial for hormone regulation, headaches, migraines, hearing, asthma, blood clots, bacterial and viral infections and arthritis. Amethyst is a variety of quartz found as transparent, pointed crystals or masses. The stone comes in all sizes and may be geode, cluster or single point. It is affordable as it is one of the most common crystals.
