I must admit I have an affinity with clear quartz and rose quartz they make me feel happy. I didn't know amethyst was good for headaches as I suffer from them regularly, I will have to wear my amethyst bracelet. I always loved the amethyst since very young age, my aunt was wearing it all the time and I was drawn to it, I asked what is this stone and she told me it’s very powerful and cannot be worn alone, needs a pair: ring and bracelet, or earring and necklace.
