Nate McMillan was 27 and 11 with the hawks. Pierce was 14 and 20. I would say that if Nate McMillan coached for this full season, the first bit would be around 24 and 10. this means that the hawks would be around 51 and 21 which would be one of the best in the league. Of course, the 24 and 10 part was an estimate but it is pretty realistic I think and Atlanta is in a great spot right now. Also, I agree Trae's fg% and 3pt% have gone down this season but I have to admit he is a good playmaker and helping the hawks out a lot right now. If he could get his 3pt% up to like 38-40% and his fg% up to like 45-50% then I think he would be amazing. I think the hawks should try trading to get another good 2-way player so Capela doesn't have to do all the work and I think the hawks would be in a great position.

Underrated player: Jayson Tatum And the reason I say Tatum is Underrated is because. 1. People call him Overrated for no reason. 2. People say he's not a good team leader even though he's the reason the Celtics even made the Playoffs this season and the only reason why the Celtics finished as a 7th seed and not top 4 or 5 is because of Kemba Walker's consistent choke jobs which is not a surprise because Kemba has been a Career Regular Season Choker. 3. People don't talk about his skillset and how he's able to takeover games at will with that skillset and the thing is his Skillset is a lot like KD's especially when we're talking about his ability to shoot jumpers over defenders consistently and make Free Throws and threes at just as high of a percentage as KD. And 4. He's a better defender than what he gets credit for.

Thibs does well in the regular season by playing his starters 5-7 minutes more than the other team does, so his starters have that much playing time against the other team's second stringers. That helps his regular season record, but the wheels fall off in the playoffs when his starters are all spent playing against playoff teams. Look at how terrible Randle's been against the Hawks. That's because Thibs rode him hard all throughout the regular season. It was totally to be expected for a guy who plays for Thibs.
