Just to clear a few things up for you guys :) You mixed up Ramadan and Hajj; Ramadan is the name of a holy month in Hijri calendar where we -muslims - mandatorily fast from sun up till sun down for 30 whole days, while Hajj is an annual act (that depends on the Hijri calendar) of pilgrimage occurring in Saudi Arabia, Mecca made around the Kaaba, where Hajj means "to attend a journey" that spans for 5-6 days doing specific religious acts/rites that represent muslims' solidarity to Allah (God). Ahmed Mekky is a role model to many Egyptians, he is also an actor and a director that's why -I think - he loves and prefers that most his songs have a story-telling style to them. In this specific song, he sings about the good old days in small streets/blocks (which are unfortunately unsafe nowadays) and how these streets helped build strong respectable men unlike the addicts, disrespectful, harassful, constantly-cursing men roaming these areas now. Big fan of you guys, keep the videos coming ❤️❤️

ramadan is the month we fast from dawn to sunset & the "massive thing in the middle" is called the ka'bah and usually when there's people walking all around it, that's called hajj but main point is, you can participate in ramadan when we fast, it's healthy for you and you don't necessarily have to do it in the month we do, you could still try it out on your own. :)

There’s two celebrations “holidays” in Islam: Eid Al Fitr (after fasting the month of ramadhan) and Eid Al Adha ( when Muslims sacrifice some animals to give some meat to the poor/ to other Muslims) Muslims go around the kaaba (Umrah) at random times on their own pace; all the time. A little back story about Mekky being ripped, that was part of the story or the message he is delivering. He was diagnosed with some kinda sickness and was treated wrong, long story short, this lasted for a year and he almost died and lost more than 30 KG (approx. 66 pounds). Thank God he recovered and got back and shape and even better than before and that's a message for people that it is never too late and that if you fall down, you can always get yourself back up. They are actually using his story for motivation in local GYMs

Mekky is an actor and singer but officially his study and he started as a movie director. the song is about the old days with the traditions and behaviors that we miss nowadays and how people change. by the way, he is also the director of the clip, and the place where he shoots is where he used to live before and most of the guys with him are his real friends. On the other hand Ramadan is a holy month that we as Muslims fast from dawn till sunset. but the other one (massive building) is the Kaaba and it's in KSA and the action itself called Pilgrimage and sorry to tell you it's for Muslims only. hope it makes things clear somehow

This, it made me so happy just seeing people from other races, cultures ect reacting to my idol! :D And yes, Ramadan, a month where we fast everyday from dawn till dusk! (Hope that's correct, not sure how to say it in English). Pretty sure you don't need to be a Muslim to fast, its actually very healthy both physically and mentally! And nope the thingy you go around doesn't have to do with Ramadan at all. But yes it is a think in Islam! (Kaaba 🕋) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ And yes, Ahmed Mekky is an Egyptian Islamic rapper, actor and and a huge movie director! You should definitely react to other stuff made by him! :D And ye, new sub! Looking forward for more content like this :)

I'm really surprised and overwhelmed, you listening to Mekky is an absolute pleasure. I just wanted to elaborate you something, In the past, men usually spent their time (hang out) at the corner of the road, where their houses were, and it's called Wa'fet Nassia ( actually Wa'fet means to stand, and Nassia is the corner of the road) and Zaman means in the past. The whole song is to remind us of what we used to do in Ramadan. 4:00 min, he said Aman , which means Safety. And that what girls felt when the men shouted to the boy. And the surprise, this is his real story😍😍 and these are his real birds and the nest too!🥰🥰❤❤

He is talking about how life changed through years. people nowadays are missing a lot of values like helping each other, being nice to girls and strangers, He also referred to the negative impact of social media addiction on our daily routines. Six months before this song Mekky was suffering a rare disease that kept him laid in his bed for almost a year. and in 6 month he gained his shape back and made this outstanding piece of art. Ramadan is the month of fasting for Muslims, where we do not eat, drink, and anything classified under the word wrong or disobedience, and we refrain from it throughout this month. Every Muslim who fasts is required to do all the good things or everything classified under the word good. The meaning to which we return this month through fasting is the feeling of the poor and needy when they are completely hungry. To remember that the money we have is blessing from God, we must help thos needy and poor people a part of it , and scientifically, fasting is structured for the body and very healthy.

Ahmed is an actor, director and singer, and he is the only artist who has no haters in Egypt and the Middle East. Ahmed was from a poor family and his father left him when he was young. The first part of the clip featured dishes from different occasions, some of them from the Muslim religion and others from Christianity And Ahmed means the Egyptian people. They do not differentiate between who is a Muslim, Christian or Jew, and they have all the love and generosity, and they gift each other food as a sign of love, and that the plate in which they transport the food is because they exchanged the plate so much that they forget who is its owner, and Ramadan is a month in which Muslims fast from The rising of the sun until its setting, so that they appreciate the grace of God upon them, and that they feel the poor and needy, so that they may help them.

I am very happy when you said that you are a big fan of Ahmed Makki But I have to make a few simple things clear to you - This artwork was after Makki was infected with a rare disease, and he was unable to eat or drink water for a long time, and he completely disappeared from the artistic scene, but he regained his health and was cured, and he became with this muscular body and returned again to his fans and admirers - The birds shown in the video belong to Makki, in fact, and it is his hobby to raise all kinds of birds, and he also has a dog - The sound at the end of the video, called the "whistle", is a sound in a specific way or a specific tone. When it is emitted, the pigeon returns to the place designated for it above the house. - Makki has some songs that are not filmed, but you will find them on his KZbin channel. You will like it very much In the end I am a big fan of him and I love him so much and I hope to meet him one day And I am very happy that you love him And I hope you will accept me as your fan too ❤️ merry Christmas 💕

This song talks about the old code of the street in Egypt when back in the day the boys of the hood watched out for people , and during Ramadan how things are .. Ramadan is a holy month in Islam. And people fast for 30 days from Dawn till Sunset, and in Egypt while it’s part of Isla A lot of our Christian folks and friends just partake and do the cultural celebrations and food and all The song talks about how things were before Vs today , when girls felt safe once they enter the neighborhood, and when fights erupted between guys it was man to man , and not each brings their army of friends to join the fight , it talks about the codes of respect and how the neighborhood was a warm and welcoming place to be and how the boys who even hanged around also stood by one another and taking care of those around them
