Another thing they banned is the ending of his Black or White video, known as the Panther Dance. It’s amazing! In an interview, he said the anger he felt about the issues portrayed all came out in his dancing during that part of the video. One thing I love about MJ is that he makes it very clear that his messages aren’t all race related. Although he was very, very proud of his race and did a lot for it, he fought for the injustices and discrimination that anyone could experience, regardless of race or background! There will never be another! 👑❤️✌🏼

The prison version, which I think is the better one, gives this song a much deeper meaning. Especially when we talk about race in America. Not to mention the backlash he got for this. As he says, "They don't care about us."

This version of this song drives the message home better than the Brazil version. The prison version shows so much injustice with the clips taken from around the planet and seeing Micael in prison fatigues and chains. If you haven't seen it already, I recommend his short film for Scream, which is a duet with his sister Janet.

This was the original version. As said in the other version where it’s filmed in brasil was because this version made big ass polemics because people and especially medias couldn’t handle the real truth and raw visuals of the reality. Also this is more than 10 years ago this song is from the 90s so more than 20 years. It was during all the gang killings and the killings of black men by the police, several other repressions the fact that most people incarcerated are black men because they get arrested more then white men that are often let go. He also faces people who kept calling him white as he mentioned that he had vitiligo he ALWAYS stated he knows who he was and that he was a black men standing out for black people.

Michael Jacksonʼs music is timeless because he was someone who truly cared, itʼs intriguing how music can be conveyed as a message. But at the same time, it is something that brings joy and makes you unleash your deepest emotions. Despite being technically excellent, what makes his music good is the love he poured into the creation, simple yet moving... There are many of these “simple” POP songs nowadays, but they lack the love Michael Jackson has. It doesnʼt matter if it is fun or serious, complex or simple; if you lack a love for music, it will always be empty music.

I like to call it the MJ Multi-Verse (I borrowed that term from Marvel). After listening to your commentary, poverty is not the only cause of crime and prison, we all know that, there are just bad people out there. But when it comes to finance, another major cause we can’t forget about is greed! Many people are not just satisfied with having all the they need, they often want it all!

Leaders change, policies change, but civilization, that never changes, strip away the niceties of our society and we are the same as two-thousand years ago. We have to make change instead of bitching about it, we have to care, to live our best lives while respecting the will of others, to forget the prejudices of yesterday. But as long as ego exists, this will persist.
