You will make 3 inc, 5 sc, 3 inc and 5 sc.

i didnt understand either but what u have to do is increase one additonal stitch in the next 3 stiches and then do 5 sc, and that is done twice.

you just do 5 double crochets into the same stitch, then take out your hook. Insert it in the first double crochet you’ve made, and grab the yarn your hook just came off from.
