Hi! You're welcome! =) The only difference that I find is that working in the back loops only creates a thinner fabric than working in both loops. But working in the front loop using a smaller hook and catching the yarn that crosses behind the stripe creates a fabric that feels the same as if worked in both loops. Either way it shouldn't affect the durability of the amigurumi. =)

I'm trying this and its not working. I start with sc 5 in a magic loop, then inc 5in both loops, next is 3 sc, 4 bubble stitches and 3 more sc in both loops, then the rest i do single crochet in FLO around since its like a ube but it keeps looking vertical. I dont get what I'm doing wrong 😭

Oh no, I'm sorry! Did you work your piece from start to finish using the technique? For it to work we really need to use it from the very beginning. Have you tried working with split single crochets or using the yarn under method? Those don't work for me but might for you. =)

Oh no! Did you work the technique from the begining of your piece? It only works if you do it from the begining to the end. You can also try to yarn under or work with split single crochets. Altough they don't work for me they work for many others and might work for you as well. =)
