Oooo I made Otto the turtle! I used 4 weight yarn with a 3.5mm hook and he came out HUGE! But oh so cute! But stock up on polyfil.

I definitely need to go get more polyfil, your the second person to tell me he turned out huge.

It would take me forever to figure out how many Etsy, Raverly or digital patterns I have too! 🤣 We amigurumi makers LOVE our patterns. 😍 I’m so happy you did did the vlog. Thank you. 🤗 I thoroughly enjoyed watching it especially when you talked about making the moose and if you don’t like sewing things on then “abort”! Lol. Making amigurumi is a love hate thing. I love making them but hate sewing everything on. 😬😂

Yeah I have so many people say they love to make them until the sewing starts.

Thanks for a great video. I'm very much a beginner at Amigurumi and have only made 3 things so far Catster and a bunny (both from LePetitSaintCrochet) and a birthday cake with candle from an Etsy pattern. I have a birthday coming up and I think I will ask for the Zoomigurumi favorities - love Scraps the Seagull and the Iconic Women book. Maureen in London, UK

Hi Crystal....TFS...I have a few books like less than 10. Usually I end up giving them away. I love making amigurumis but I'm not good at understand patterns. I can get the basic part of the pattern but I struggle with the rest, esp if it's to wordy or not enough explanation etc. I'm the type of person that I can see something and make it...not exactly but pretty close. But i can follow tutorials in english n Spanish. I might modify it a lil but I think we all do that. Glad to see you are doing better. Was happy seeing you in Lisa's live as well. Sorry I havent been commenting but I watch ALL your vids. Sending hugs your way and as always wishing you continued success on your channel from San Angelo,TX. 🧶🤘💋💖🧶 Btw thanks for doing the tag.

Hi Adele, that is a talent I wish I had, being able to look at something and make it. I’ve tried that and it never really works out. I’m actually currently working on a pattern which I’m going to post about today. It’s a unicorn from one of the books and I’m stuck the pattern just doesn’t make sense to me. I always appreciate you and I’m so thankful that you still follow me after all this time.

That might even be an idea for a video to make? Drawing one out and showing us what you got then making it and show us after. Then showing the book and tell how hard or easy it was.

I have so many crochet books, a lot of them are what you have and because its over whelming to decide when and what to make, I took a plastic cup and went threw every book and picked out the ones I want to make. I put what it is eg the name of the animal and then I put the book title so I can find it. Now you have a cup full of patterns and all you have to do is draw one out and make the one you get, but you can always put it back and try again. To make it more fun have a friend or family member draw one out too. My mom has fun with it she loves to draw the next project.

I want to make some amigurumi for this fall’s craft show to sell. What is a fair price to ask that people will pay?
@RicolaakaCrystalCrochetnstuff Жыл бұрын
Well I made a moose and he sold for $45 I’m told I’m not charging enough. So I’m not really sure
