Man, these are looking better and better. Pre-ordered mine already and can't wait to have a look. Those clear parts are really awesome. Whilst you can paint and customize almost all the plastic parts, the clear ones are always a bit tricky, especially if they are colored. So, nice to see them improving these parts and making them look more interesting.

That transformation is wild. Bottom view is cursed, that bird's laying an egg! Not a huge fan of the design personally but there are some cool aspects bandai should take note of. I like the parts that cover attachment points when they're not in use, instead of just leaving exposed holes on the armor. Great review as always! 👍

The Legend of Star General series looks to be it's own IP that was picked up by Motor Nuclear (kinda like how Sunrise [now Bandai Namco Filmworks] was a separate studio that made the Gundam franchise). So here's to hoping MN branches out to another series for model kits! The quality is there, diversifying the designs would be good

I got mine a few weeks ago and its perfect for me since i really like robot with wings. If you get baiqi(another of the same Gundam) u need to watch out for the spikes all over it

I think this is more like Transformers-inspired rather than Gundam-inspired kind of kits.
